| Permit Fees: Building Permits are required for any type of structural alteration. Please call (570)586-2111 if there is a question whether or not a permit would be required for a determination. Fees vary depending on the type of construction.

| Application Process: Applications can be picked up at the Township building or mailed. There is a thirty day review period on permits. |
